This pretty little piece was calling to me to go into a cloth covered box. After it was stitched, the fabric was just too light, so it got a coffee spa bath in the microwave. I like it much better this way!

Thanks for sharing your lovely finish Charlene. I agree, the coffee spa worked beautifully to add to the character of your little 'bird in the hand'. I have just purchased this pattern and look forward to treating my little bird to a hot coffee bath one day as well.
How good does that coffee ageing look!! I love it!
