Pumpkins Three

Stitched with DMC 4130 (used every bit of 2 skeins) on 28ct white linen, 
then dunked into a bath of hot water steeped with onion skins.
It was a little too white, and the bath gave it a gold glow!

I also wanted to fool around with stitching horizontally and vertically with variegated floss, so I stitched the sides of each pumpkin horizontally and the center section of each pumpkin vertically.  
I think you can see the difference.

Lovely pumpkins. You can definitely see the difference stitching both ways . Looks very effective. x
